For the Business Support area of the company, we are looking for a Business Analyst who can join our team. The role includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations. You’ll also have the opportunity to present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with team members. This role provides a unique opportunity to interact with senior management both inside and outside the company and will play a critical role in shaping the future strategic direction of Reclamador.Responsibilities
In 2018, Reclamador.es handled more than 109,000 legal claims, of which the majority (56%) were related to airlines (delays, cancellations, overbooking or luggage problems). Claims against banks, mainly around mortgages were around 29%. The remaining 15.2% was divided between tax claims (municipal capital gains and income tax for maternity), traffic accidents, labor claims and claims for malpractice, both medical and dental.
Since its creation, Reclamador.es has multiplied its turnover exponentially, reaching 3.9 million euros invoiced in 2018, which represents an increase of 18.4 % with respect to the year 2017. Reclamador.es also has a portfolio (in the courts) of 23 million euros in claims fees. This amount comes from pending claims that are in process of collection.
