Esta edici\u00f3n se celebr\u00f3<\/strong> en WiZink Center en Madrid y hemos participado como ponentes.<\/p>\n<p>De la mano de Amanda Pi\u00f1\u00f3n, Customer Service Manager en reclamador.es, Marcelo Roy\u00e1n, Director of Innovation and Digital Product en reclamador.es y Chams Ejjaouani, Senior Marketing Manager Southern Europe Zendesk.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el Congreso, hemos contado, en un innovador formato entrevista, por qu\u00e9 digitalizamos nuestro servicio al cliente en 2016. Tambi\u00e9n hemos dado a conocer las claves para hacer de la experiencia de cliente la palanca de crecimiento de una empresa. Adem\u00e1s, como empresa legaltech, hemos explicado c\u00f3mo utilizamos la tecnolog\u00eda para digitalizar los procesos legales y empoderar a los clientes. En reclamador.es somos 100% nativos digitales.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La importancia del Customer Experience para reclamador.es<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Somos conscientes de que el consumidor actual valora tanto la experiencia que la marca es capaz de ofrecerle, como la calidad de sus productos y servicios. El customer experience se ha convertido en un elemento fundamental para el \u00e9xito de una compa\u00f1\u00eda en la econom\u00eda digital. En un mercado cada vez m\u00e1s digitalizado y competitivo, las empresas deben aplicar la <\/span><b>tecnolog\u00eda, la innovaci\u00f3n y el conocimiento inteligente<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> del cliente en sus estrategias para conectar emocionalmente y fidelizar al consumidor omnicanal anticipando sus necesidades y satisfaciendo sus expectativas. Este software de atenci\u00f3n al cliente y sistema de tickets de soporte nos permite \u201ctener escalabilidad\u201d, seg\u00fan el directivo, y \u201cno preocuparnos de la gesti\u00f3n de ese software. Elegimos Zendesk porque quer\u00edamos evolucionar en ese aspecto hacia una plataforma SaaS\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En ese sentido, Pi\u00f1\u00f3n a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que<em> \u201cen 2016 necesit\u00e1bamos una herramienta flexible y de f\u00e1cil implementaci\u00f3n con un soporte estable, mejorar la productividad de nuestros procesos y tener la posibilidad de m\u00e1s canales (chat, telefono, formularios\u2026). Tener toda la informaci\u00f3n de nuestros clientes en uno s\u00f3lo punto era clave.
